Q: Im looking to carry your products in my shop, how would I go about becomming a dealer?
A: To become a Happytime Hobby dealer, please complete the Dealer Application in its entirety and Fax or Email it back to us. Q: Does your company offer online ordering for all of your products?
A: Yes, as of July 2007 we now have an online website for dealers to place orders! If you do not already have a login, please contact our
sales office @ (408) 988-1188 and they will get you setup with an account. To access our online ordering site, click the "Dealer Login" link at the
upper right hand corner of this website.
Q: Does your company sell direct to the customers?
A: Our company has always firmly believed in supporting your local hobby shops, and would recommend going to your local shop first before searching the net for your hobby needs. If your local shop is unable to get the products that you
need however, we have a few great shops located in our Dealers Section that carry a wide section of our products that you can order either by telephone or online.
Q: Does your company sell to E-Commerce Hobby Shops?
A: Yes, as of 2007 we are now accepting applications for E-Commerce Hobby Shops. To qualify to become an internet dealer for Happytime Hobby Products you must be able to submit the following :
You follow our Suggested Minimum Advertised Pricing guidelines.
Must have a functioning website which currently accepts orders.
A copy of your state retail tax certificate or resale certificate.
Minimum first order of $5,000 or more, and maintain minimum ordering of $3,000 every quarter (or 3 months) to maintain your account.
Q: Which postage carriers do you currently work with?
A: Our default shipping carrier is UPS, however we can use DHL, Fedex, and the US Postal service to ship out dealer orders. If you an account with any of these carriers and would
prefer to have your orders shipped using that carrier, just contact our Sales Department @ (408) 988-1188 with all out your account information.
Q: What brands is your company the exclusive US and Canada distributor for?
A: We currently are the exclusive distributor of Power Racing Products, Momentum R/C, Nexxus R/C, and Heliworks Helicopters.
Q: I've lost my instruction manual to one of your exclusive products and I need a new one, where do I go?
